   Effective: September 7, 2026

   Initial Terms of Use for RPS Mafia. Sets a minimum age of 13, describes what the service is and what it is not, and sets out the conduct rules for a game played by live voice between people who may be strangers. Covers accounts, game nights and the fact that a night can be cancelled when too few players arrive, the reporting and blocking system and how enforcement works, and states that the service is free with nothing to buy and no advertising. Notes that the game is in early access and is offered as-is.

   • Minimum age 13, and higher where local law requires it
   • Conduct rules written for live voice between strangers, not generic boilerplate
   • Reporting, blocking and enforcement described, including what a report contains
   • Game nights may be cancelled when too few players arrive; replacements offered
   • Free with no purchases, no advertising and nothing that can be paid for
   • Early access stated plainly: games may end, data may be reset, features may change
   • Deliberate disruption of other players' games is grounds for removal
