Version 2026-07-27
Current VersionChanges in this version:
Voice Chat Terms - Play Lounge added optional push-to-talk voice chat for private invite-link games. Section 4.3, which previously stated that the Service has no communication features, has been rewritten to describe voice chat and to set conduct rules for it.
What Changed:
- Correction: removed claims that the app carries Google AdMob and AdSense advertising. It does not, and has not since the switch to a self-served in-house promotion banner — there is no ad-network SDK, no advertising identifier is read, and no ad cookies are set. Sections on advertising data, ad controls, ad networks and children, cookies, and the Play Data Safety summary were rewritten accordingly.
- Section 4.3 retitled from "No Communication Features" to "Communication Features"
- New voice conduct rules: no harassment, threats, hateful or explicit content, impersonation, or soliciting personal information
- Prohibited recording or redistributing the other player's audio without consent
- Voice limited to private invite-link games; never in random matchmaking
- Voice requires a 13+ age confirmation (noted in Section 1.2)
- Section 6.3 clarified: voice creates no retained user content, as nothing is recorded
- Section 14.1 corrected to "no text chat"; voice unavailable to children
- Reporting path for voice misuse: hello@neuera.app
- All other terms unchanged
